Nationwide Building Society - Customer Case Study

Nationwide Building Society, a major UK mutual financial institution, needed a safer, more efficient way to migrate savings accounts from a legacy banking system to SAP while avoiding disruption to its 16 million members. To support this critical program, Nationwide worked with Syniti and used SAP Advanced Data Migration by Syniti (SAP ADM).

Syniti implemented SAP ADM to orchestrate the migration, adding strong validation, auditability, and custom dashboards for visibility and regulatory assurance. Nationwide successfully completed the eSavings migration in Q3 2021 across 19 migration events, migrated more than 100,000 accounts overnight in the Flexible Migration Approach, and reduced on-site human capital requirements by 90% while keeping customer impact to zero.
