Eton Properties engaged Syniti, using the Syniti Data Stewardship Platform and data migration services, to support its “ONE SAP: One New Eton” program to consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single SAP ECC environment. Facing an aggressive timeline and serious data-quality risks (including thousands of Excel files and disparate source systems), Eton needed validated, business-ready data to ensure accurate financial reporting and better business decisions.

Syniti delivered an initial data assessment, centralized data stewardship, migration and training, establishing governance, validation and automated loading into SAP. The Syniti-led approach eliminated reliance on scattered spreadsheets, enabled continuous cleansing and auditability, and shortened the migration cycle from an expected six–nine months to less than five months — achieving go‑live on schedule while improving data quality, streamlining month‑end closing and ensuring accurate regulatory reporting.
