Driving Governance as Bridgestone Shifts Gears & Rolls into S/4HANA

Bridgestone, the regional Strategic Business Unit for Europe, Middle East and Africa, needed to consolidate siloed ECC systems into a single SAP S/4HANA instance across 26 countries while facing outdated data processes, a high rate of change and a compressed nine‑month timeline to go‑live. Syniti realigned the platform and design, implemented automated migration and data‑cleansing processes, and established repeatable governance and reporting to support a tight cutover and ongoing operations. As a result Syniti delivered 100% master data loaded, a 90% improvement in master data accuracy, 99.9% load accuracy for other objects, inventory reconciliation within 0.001% variance, and an on‑time “Boring Go‑Live®”, positioning Bridgestone for future automation and growth.
