Phillips 66, a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company, needed to consolidate and upgrade legacy DCP and 20-year-old ERP systems into its SAP S/4 environment following an acquisition, all on a strict six-month timeline. To accelerate the migration and de-risk the effort, Phillips 66 engaged Syniti and deployed SAP Advanced Data Migration & Management by Syniti (SAP ADMM) on its existing AWS infrastructure.

Syniti’s work reduced data quality issues, provided audit-ready traceability, and created reusable assets for future go-lives, producing measurable cost savings and minimal operational disruption.
