Blakely Boosts Fundraising Initiatives with Syniti

Blakely Inc. is a full-service marketing and fundraising agency serving nearly 40 charitable organizations that raised over $63 million last year. Facing slow, error-prone matching and deduping from external lettershop partners, Blakely sought to bring matching in-house to improve accuracy, reduce rework, and speed time to mailings. They selected Syniti and its Syniti Match solution to address these challenges.

Syniti implemented Syniti Match as a matching library integrated into Blakely’s data execution workflow, enabling customizable match types (individual, spousal, household, address-only) and finer tuning for accuracy. The move cut matching turnaround from about one week to 2–3 days (a roughly 57–71% reduction), was onboarded in as little as three months, improved on-time mailings for Blakely’s nearly 40 clients, and gave Blakely greater control and flexibility in working with multiple lettershops.
