Case Study: Kerry Group achieves automated global data migration and overnight validation with Syniti (formerly BackOffice Associates)

BackOffice Associates transforms Kerry Group’s Data Management Initiative

Kerry Group, a global food and beverage company running the multi-phase Kerryconnect ERP rollout, faced an unscalable, largely manual data migration process that required months of preparation and laborious validation. To automate loading, validation and reconciliation and provide a single collaborative interface, Kerry engaged Syniti’s data migration and validation solution (the approach and portal used in the BackOffice Associates implementation).

Syniti implemented a central data migration portal and automated file validation, loading and reconciliation processes, moving validation to overnight runs and enabling more sophisticated checks and role-based security. The result: validation time fell from 24 hours to about 5 hours, previously multi-day file validation was fully automated, early SAP load success rates reached up to 90%, super users scaled from ~20 to ~200, and Kerry realized significant time and cost savings through standardized, centralized processes.
