Global Biopharmaceutical Company partnered with Syniti to tackle major data quality and migration challenges across its complex global ERP landscape, including seven ECC systems and more than 35 planned SAP S/4HANA deployments. The company needed better visibility into data issues, stronger master data consistency, and improved traceability to reduce regulatory and supply chain risk.

Syniti implemented enterprise data quality reporting, legacy data cleansing, material master enrichment, business partner harmonization, and Power BI readiness dashboards to support the client’s SAP S/4HANA transformation. The program has identified more than 44 million defects, processed over 24 terabytes of data, and supported the rollout with over 20 custom web apps, helping the company improve supply chain traceability, strengthen audit readiness, and build a resilient data foundation for future automation and AI.
