teleCalm, a healthcare and telehealth provider of safe managed phone service for seniors, needed to modernize its legacy app and infrastructure so it could add new features, improve reliability, and scale for future growth. The company worked with Synerzip to support its teleCalm phone service for seniors living at home and in senior living communities, especially as demand increased during the pandemic.

Synerzip helped teleCalm redesign and extend the product with an AngularJS/ReactJS frontend, a Node.js backend, and integrations with Plivo, Twilio, and Sakari for VoIP calling and messaging, while also setting up a Bitbucket-based CI/CD pipeline and optimizing MongoDB for performance. As a result, teleCalm delivered two production releases during the all-remote pandemic period, improved service continuity for seniors and caregivers, and strengthened its ability to bridge families and care facilities with a more scalable, future-ready platform.
