Leading Solutions Hospitality Company, a hospitality-domain customer of Synerzip, was struggling with disconnected legacy products and no in-house software development team beyond firmware developers and a director of engineering. They needed to quickly modernize their software and move to newer technologies, so they partnered with Synerzip to help build a new software development foundation and transition their product line.

Synerzip stabilized the legacy code base, defined an agile development process, and designed the architecture for a next-generation platform. Over one year, Synerzip delivered five products across table management, queue management, customer surveys, and more, supported by an integrated backend for device/user management, provisioning, CRM, billing, and analytics. Using a lean team of seven developers and three QA specialists, Synerzip also ported legacy products to the new backend, creating a clear upgrade path for the customer.
