Synerzip implemented multiple UiPath automations to pull investor details, identify companies an investor had backed, and search company websites for prospect information, storing results in spreadsheets. The impact was substantial: 750 investor records that took about 5 hours manually were reduced to 20 minutes, 30 company-investment records dropped from 8 hours to 15 minutes, and another 30-record prospecting task fell from 24 hours to about 40 minutes. Overall, Synerzip helped the client reduce manual effort by more than 20X and let the team focus on higher-value relationship-building work.
