Performance Management System Provider - Customer Case Study

Synerzip worked with a Performance Management System Provider that serves hospitals, health systems, and medical practices worldwide. The customer needed help after a poor experience with a previous software vendor, with no handover or knowledge transfer, while continuing to support a web-based evaluation application for goal-setting and performance reviews.

Synerzip took ownership of the project, developed and tested the application, migrated it to ASP.NET MVC, and used SSRS-based reporting, SSIS imports, and BI data warehousing to enhance functionality and analytics. Synerzip delivered three releases of the web application and also built two new products for the client: a physician evaluation tool and a meeting tool for tracking leaders’ goals and progress.
