National Voting Systems Provider needed a secure, accurate, and reliable voting management system for pre-vote ballot definition and post-vote ballot scanning/tabulation, while ensuring seamless integration with its embedded voting devices. Synerzip was brought in to help build this multi-tier election management application.

Synerzip designed, developed, and maintained the full solution across the application and database layers, using an iterative sprint process and extensive QA testing, including manual, automation, API, and white-box testing. Synerzip also spent a year validating the software with the client’s devices and implemented EAC-compliant security features such as password salting, digital signatures, and cryptographic key generation. The result was a best-in-class voting ecosystem that supports election setup, ballot administration, voting device connectivity, and vote counting/reporting.
