DEPO, a “Collaborative Buying” platform for state and local governments, needed specialized software expertise to build a complex application from scratch. The company turned to Synerzip, which had the technical skills DEPO did not have in-house and could work effectively with their India team.

Synerzip developed the platform using Hibernate, a newly launched technology at the time, and successfully implemented the project end to end. The result was a major cost advantage for DEPO versus hiring local software engineers, along with a solution that DEPO said Synerzip’s team understood very well, leading to an ongoing relationship.
