Sodiaal, France’s leading dairy cooperative, needed to standardize procurement reporting and performance measurement across its business units, while giving buyers a single place to access purchasing information. SynerTrade implemented a centralized portal that brought together reporting, contract management, tender management, supplier registration, and supplier evaluation. The project was completed in less than six months, went live on schedule in June, and delivered more consistent reporting, real-time updates, better contract renewal alerts, and improved supplier comparison and decision-making across the group.
