AZAGroup, a Polish fashion e-commerce group behind the Born2be, Renee, and Multu brands, needed a better way to manage the huge volume of customer and sales data generated by its stores. With intense competition from both specialized retailers and large platforms like Allegro and Zalando, the company turned to Synerise to replace fragmented tools and analyze detailed customer behavior more effectively.

Using the Synerise platform, AZAGroup implemented AI recommendations, dynamic content, automation, abandoned cart management, advanced segmentation, A/B testing, and dynamic product listings across web, app, email, SMS, and web push. The results were strong: products bought from AI recommendations accounted for 18.71% of transaction value, average basket value rose by 11%, and conversion from AI recommendations increased by 22% versus the control group.
