Orange Polska partnered with Synerise to improve customer experience and grow sales across its digital channels. The telecom operator needed better personalization, more automated sales and marketing, and stronger education around complex products such as fiber, converged services, and additional services.
Synerise implemented its AI Growth Ecosystem, including AI product recommendations, AI search, dynamic content, email and push campaigns, and an omnichannel abandoned-cart scenario. The results were strong: in-app/simple push conversions doubled, dynamic content drove 75% more conversions than the control group, additional-service sales rose from 3% to 14%, and email campaigns accounted for 22% of sales, while digital-channel sales increased by 2.1% year over year.
