A Synerion Case Study
Jack Victor Limited is a family‑owned North American manufacturer of men’s tailored clothing, designed and produced in Montreal since 1913 and sold in over 500 specialty stores. Managing a large workforce exposed gaps in their legacy systems — payroll, attendance and HR data were error‑prone: clocks didn’t handle lunch periods, wage changes and statutory holidays tied to a collective agreement were miscalculated, and HR relied on spreadsheets that couldn’t be reconciled with timekeeping.
Jack Victor implemented Synerion Workforce Management for its HR module, accurate time clocks, customization for collective‑agreement rules and advanced reporting. The new system simplified payroll (including split pays and rate changes), centralized benefits and absence management, and delivered more reliable punches and labor costing — reducing payroll errors, cutting manual data work and lowering the payroll department’s workload.
