Quiznos fanbase and flavor have grown for 40 years, and Shan Ali—owner of Grupo QZCR, which operates 20 Quiznos in Costa Rica—faced a common operator challenge: a fragmented back-of-house system that left managers without clear visibility into food and labor costs. Regional needs like multi-currency reporting and six-week import lead times made purchasing intelligence and timely decisions even more critical.
