PAi, a financial services firm managing 401(k) plans for 190,000 participants and over $3 billion in assets, needed a flexible, easy-to-use talent management system with strong support to formalize its monthly one-on-one discussions and annual goal-setting/evaluation processes. To meet these requirements PAi selected Synergita, a cloud-based continuous performance management software, to manage employee data, reporting hierarchies and their established talent practices.
Synergita was implemented with Single Sign On for seamless access, centralized employee and org-data management, dashboard widgets for headcount and attrition visibility, and configurable workflows to run monthly discussion cycles and annual goal-setting/evaluations. As a result, HR can schedule and kick off monthly cycles for all employees, managers and staff receive system notifications, managers capture meeting minutes and training needs in the system, and employees sign off on feedback—streamlining process execution, improving tracking and adoption, and enabling PAi to expand into development plans and rewards modules using Synergita.
