How Vedanta Standardized their Employee Performance Management

Vedanta, a global mining conglomerate with 25,000+ employees across 14 business units, faced fragmented HR/ERP systems and inconsistent performance management processes that hindered timely people analytics and a unified "ONE VEDANTA" culture.
