Vedanta, a global mining conglomerate with 25,000+ employees across 14 business units, faced fragmented HR/ERP systems and inconsistent performance management processes that hindered timely people analytics and a unified "ONE VEDANTA" culture. To introduce continuous performance management, SMART goal tracking, and across-group HR visibility, Vedanta selected Synergita as its technology partner and adopted Synergita’s continuous-feedback performance and analytics solution (V-Perform).
Synergita implemented V-Perform for all 25,000+ employees in about six weeks, integrating with existing HRMS and single sign-on, and standardized quarterly manager-employee reviews, SMART goals, Idea Generation and safety assessments. The rollout delivered 40+ tailored reports and dashboards (Employee Central and Goals Dashboards), enabled 100% on-time completion of performance evaluations, and provided measurable insights (goal status: 66.45% on-track, 23.47% lag, 10.08% lead), empowering Vedanta’s HR to make data-driven decisions, identify top talent, and improve engagement and mobility across the group.
