Synergita delivered a cloud-based, configurable platform and support that Secova has used since April 2013, enabling fast, self-service goal setting, an interim review in Sept-2013 and a full 2014 annual appraisal with level-based competencies, weighted scoring and migration of past appraisals into the system. The implementation saved a significant amount of HR time by reducing reminders and follow-ups, provided the reports and talent-planning data HR needed, added employee profile management (with plans to integrate to payroll), and earned praise from Secova for Synergita’s quick support and responsiveness.
