Synergis Software implemented Adept as a central repository across Engineering, GIS and field sites, migrated legacy data in batches (up to 10,000 files at a time), and built a custom file‑naming program while training field technicians for rollout. The deployment now manages nearly 120,000 documents (with ~20,000 more expected), enforces version control, granular permissions and audit trails for DOT compliance, and cut map-change notification time from one week to about 10 minutes—improving collaboration, data quality and regulatory risk mitigation.
