Lindsay, an irrigation equipment manufacturer, needed to standardize product development and document control across sites in Nebraska, France and Brazil while launching a new Greenfield product line with tighter design constraints. Email-based collaboration and dispersed approval workflows caused version-control issues and delays, so Lindsay turned to Synergis Software and its Adept document management system to centralize drawings, approvals and processes across continents.

Synergis Software implemented Adept, migrating more than 35,000 documents and providing 20 concurrent licenses for 60 users to enable 24/7 access to AutoCAD and SolidWorks drawings, streamlined sign-off workflows, and real-time redlining across time zones. The result was eliminated time-zone delays, higher accuracy and product quality, company-wide adoption, and measurable gains such as an estimated 20 hours per month saved for the document control manager.
