Rich Products Bakes Up an Inspiring Ecommerce Program

Rich Products, a global family‑owned food company, faced inefficient, legacy and manual processes that produced inconsistent product and customer information and slowed retailer template updates. To modernize content and make product information easier to find and more inspiring for customers, Rich Products partnered with Syndigo, leveraging Syndigo’s Content Experience Hub (CXH) and syndication services to support richer media and standardized data delivery.

Syndigo implemented Core content intake and management, GDSN and non‑GDSN syndication, Enhanced rich media and digital shelf analytics, and helped build Rich’s image library and Optimized Content for ecommerce. The work enabled Rich Products to manage more than 15,000 digital assets across more than 4,800 products via CXH, deliver real‑time content insights through retailer partnerships, and earn a Syndigo Content Excellence Award—demonstrating measurable improvements in content quality and distribution.
