Kohler From Cast Iron and Steel to E-Commerce

Kohler, one of America’s oldest privately held companies, selected Syndigo to manage and syndicate its product content after struggling with a highly manual process. With only two people responsible for thousands of items and sending data to more than 25 retailers, Kohler was entering the same product into multiple spreadsheets and exports, a process that could take 1–3 days per product before adopting Syndigo’s solution.

Syndigo implemented its Content Experience Hub (CXH) to provide template-based content syndication, delivery scheduling and a single source of truth for product attributes. Syndigo’s CXH eliminated FTP and spreadsheet confusion, ended the need to load identical products into different export formats, and allowed Kohler to “enter an item one time” for multiple etailers—resulting in a significant reduction in hours spent, streamlined management processes, and lower resource allocation for product content.
