Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, needed a better way to manage and distribute e-commerce content across multiple retailer platforms as online shopping and product reviews became increasingly important. Using Syndigo’s syndication and enhanced content capabilities, along with Flywheel’s support for implementation and account management, Colgate-Palmolive streamlined content distribution, centralized SKU management, and improved retailer integrations such as the Kroger API. Syndigo helped drive a 13% lift in shopper engagement and conversion rates, and the program also synchronized 517 products through VMP, with more than 220 products published to Kroger and updated live within 24–48 hours.
