Harnessing the Power of Rich Content to Enrich the Shopper Experience and Increase Engagement

Epson sought to improve the shopper experience and standardize product messaging across Latin America by delivering richer, more consistent product content to retailers and distributors. To do this, Epson partnered with Syndigo, leveraging Syndigo’s Content Experience Hub (CXH) and retailer syndication network to expand integration with regional retailers and simplify content distribution.

Using the Syndigo CXH platform, Epson packaged and syndicated rich product content to dozens of retail and distributor sites—building on a partnership with Syndigo that began in 2007 and Latin America syndication since 2015. The initiative put nearly 2,000 Epson product packages live across 80+ U.S. and Canadian retailers and content for 130+ products across 47 Latin American retailers, delivering measurable gains: 201% increase in monthly content views, 174% increase in annual content views, 139% increase in monthly unique shoppers, and 1,284,003 total content views.
