Heal Healthcare Clinic is a private aesthetic and wellness clinic in Central, Hong Kong. As it prepared to move into a new office, the clinic needed a better way to digitalize room management and prevent patients from interrupting doctor consultations by going to the wrong room. It chose SyncSign for digital room signage that could show who was using each treatment room and sync with doctors’ schedules.

SyncSign implemented E-ink Room Signage for the clinic, integrated with calendar systems and also manageable through the SyncSign App/Web Portal for custom messages and whiteboard-style updates. The displays now show doctor names, job titles, and other notices such as lunch breaks, updating within about 1 minute. As a result, Heal Healthcare Clinic improved patient wayfinding, reduced interruptions, made room updates easier for staff, and created a more organized and professional clinic experience.
