Bosch Power Tools, a leading provider of power tools and accessories, faced a significant challenge in efficiently distributing its product videos to its vast network of over 80 resellers. The manual process of transferring files and updating spreadsheets was extremely time-consuming for both Bosch and its partners, preventing scalable and consistent video placement on thousands of product detail pages (PDPs) and offering no performance tracking. To solve this, Bosch partnered with the vendor Syncle.
Syncle’s solution automated video distribution, allowing Bosch to push content to resellers with just a few clicks. Key features like QuickConnect enabled them to include any reseller in their network, and multilingual support ensured local language availability. This automation saved countless hours and provided Bosch with comprehensive performance reports for the first time. The results were substantial: Syncle helped place videos on over 6,440 reseller PDPs, leading to more than 433,000 video views and 10,350 hours of watch time, ultimately strengthening Bosch's collaboration with its reseller network.
