Sphero, a maker of connected robotic entertainment and education products, needed to move off a PEO model to gain cost savings, control, and expanded HCM capabilities. The company sought a single, automated platform to handle core HR, benefits, payroll, onboarding, reporting and a real-time employee record with fast implementation.
