Enhancing a Parenting App Using Xamarin

Coquisoft, the team behind the ParentLove parenting app, needed a way to add charting to their Xamarin.Forms-based application so they could visualize growth percentile data. The challenge was finding a customizable, easy-to-use solution that could support multiple series and work across platforms without leaving the Xamarin code base. Syncfusion provided the needed charting capability with its Xamarin Chart control.

Using the Syncfusion Chart control for Xamarin, Coquisoft was able to keep development in a single Xamarin.Forms PCL code base while delivering seamless functionality across multiple platforms. The result was a missing feature successfully added to the app and more than 80 hours of development time saved. Syncfusion also enabled the team to implement the solution with just one control, reducing coding effort and complexity.
