Holmatro, a manufacturer of hydraulic equipment and systems for rescue, industrial and special tactics applications worldwide, needed a single version of the truth for its product information. As the company expanded from four to eight supporting languages, including Chinese, it struggled with inconsistent technical data across its US website, dealer websites, and brochures, which could create problems in sales processes such as government tenders.
Holmatro turned to SyncForce and implemented a single-source, multi-channel publishing approach using Portfolio Content Management. The system gave the company one central database for product information, improved control over technical content across 4,529 products and 10,620 digital assets, and helped strengthen brand visibility in the dealer channel while supporting a more structured information process from development through launch and sale.
