SodaStream, the global home carbonation company, needed a better way to manage ticketing and data across its growing U.S. subsidiary and other international operations using Zendesk and NetSuite OneWorld. To support its multi-subsidiary business and improve customer service workflows, SodaStream turned to SyncApps by Cazoomi.
With SyncApps by Cazoomi, SodaStream integrated Zendesk with NetSuite to migrate large volumes of support tickets into NetSuite, sync NetSuite IDs back to Zendesk, and update customer address fields in NetSuite. The result was the fast migration of 100,000s of tickets for historical reporting, better alignment between Sales and Support, and improved customer service resolution.
