Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the largest public media enterprise in the U.S., needed a better way to manage its member and content workflows while keeping data consistent across systems. PBS used Salesforce for member management and Mailchimp for email marketing, but struggled with mapping key account information such as station names across the two platforms. Using SyncApps by Cazoomi, PBS connected Salesforce and Mailchimp with custom field mapping, including syncing Salesforce “Account Name” to the Mailchimp equivalent “Station Name/Organization/Company Name.” This improved data integrity, supported real-time checkbox field mapping, and reduced manual data matching, saving significant time and enabling PBS to self-onboard integrations quickly.
