With more than 5,000 staircase options and multiple customer types—homeowners, builders, architects, and construction firms—the company struggled to keep its marketing data unified and its campaigns targeted. Using SyncApps by Cazoomi, Paragon Stairs synced Accounts and Leads in real time across more than 10 sync profiles, mapped Salesforce fields to Klaviyo, and created Activities in Person Accounts.
