Eskaton, a nonprofit senior living organization in Sacramento, needed a better way to manage communications across 12 locations and multiple stakeholder groups, including residents, families, and donors. Using Salesforce and Constant Contact separately made it difficult to send highly targeted, location-specific messages without risking confusion or sending the wrong content to the wrong audience.

SyncApps by Cazoomi provided the solution by integrating Eskaton’s Salesforce and Constant Contact accounts with sync profiles, field mapping, filtering, and segmentation by location. This enabled Eskaton to automate campaign list syncing, track marketing metrics back to Salesforce, and improve targeted communication during the pandemic; while the case study does not cite hard numbers, it says the setup helped them avoid communication errors and keep operations under control.
