The Denver Museum of Nature and Science, a nonprofit with a long history of inspiring nature lovers, needed a way to better manage visitor and donor relationships despite limited staff and resources. To solve this challenge, they turned to SyncApps by Cazoomi and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Mailchimp to automate their marketing and audience tracking.
SyncApps by Cazoomi implemented a workflow that automatically sent scanned ticket data from the museum into Dynamics CRM and then into Mailchimp, where tags triggered automated email series. The bi-directional integration also synced campaign responses back to CRM, giving the museum visibility into sends, opens, and clicks while saving time on manual data entry and helping them run more targeted campaigns to increase engagement and identify likely repeat visitors and donors.
