Frontline Automation, a bespoke gate supplier and installer serving commercial clients including the BBC, Southern Water, the Metropolitan Police and major shopping centres, needed to streamline operations, reduce the number of systems used, ensure regulatory compliance and gain accurate job costing to protect profitability. They engaged SymVolli and its quotation and configuration system to meet these challenges.

SymVolli deployed its quotation/configuration system with a central price book, timesheet functionality, process builder and automated audit trail so documentation is BS EN ISO 9001:2008-compliant, bookings and asset tracking are automatic, and customer/supplier data are consolidated. The outcome: proposal preparation dropped from over three hours to about 20 minutes for large complex jobs, template documents were reduced from ~20 to six, and Frontline gained better cost-vs-actual tracking and streamlined compliance—improving control and profitability.
