The Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg, a large organization managing numerous parishes and schools, needed to modernize and bring greater efficiency to its payroll and year-end form processes. Running on an AS400 system, they required a flexible, long-term solution for electronic distribution and were facing challenges with managing various employee types and cemetery records. They partnered with vendor Symtrax and its Compleo solution to address these needs.

Symtrax implemented Compleo to automate the reformatting and distribution of paystubs, checks, and reports. This allowed employees to easily access paystubs online and eliminated manual inputs, significantly reducing the time required for payroll. The solution also automated the creation and distribution of cemetery reports and ensured all documents were archived. As a result, the Diocese modernized its essential processes and gained a flexible system prepared for future expansion.
