Symtrax implemented its Compleo for SAP solution, which interacts directly with SAP outputs via a dedicated connector. This allowed m-tec to easily reformat, archive, and distribute spool files in various formats. The addition of Compleo MapForm enabled the creation of uniquely formatted business documents with graphical elements. As a result, m-tec fully automated its report creation and printing, solving the problem of processing a large volume of spools and distributing them quickly via mail or fax, which reduced time and costs.
