Greenko Group Partners with Symtrax for the Adoption of Digital Signature Solution

Greenko Group, an Indian energy company focused on renewable sources, needed to improve the efficiency and security of its invoicing process. Their challenge was to automate a system for applying multiple digital signatures to invoices to meet strict compliance and internal audit protocols, a task that was previously time-consuming and manual. They partnered with the vendor Symtrax to adopt its digital signature automation solution.

Symtrax implemented a solution that automated the entire invoice signing workflow. The system captured invoices directly from Greenko's ERP, intelligently routed them to the correct remote signatories based on pre-approved rules, applied the required two signatures, and then pushed the finalized documents back into the ERP. This resulted in a completely paperless process with zero manual intervention, providing full traceability and compliance while enabling uninterrupted remote work for Greenko's team.
