Bevego, a leading Swedish wholesaler and trading company, needed to replace its outdated automated fax system for distributing purchase orders and invoices. They engaged the vendor Symtrax, which offered its Compleo solution to efficiently capture IBM system documents and convert them into professional PDFs for faxing, addressing the initial maintenance challenge.

The solution from Symtrax exceeded expectations, as Compleo’s capabilities were extended to handle secure e-invoicing. It automatically split batches into individual PDFs, added terms and conditions, and distributed documents via email or print based on customer preferences. The implementation was quick and required no custom programming. As a result, Bevego improved efficiency and traceability, extended Compleo to most outgoing documents, and provided various departments with web-based document retrieval.
