St. Luke’s Health System, Idaho’s largest employer and a 1,183-bed health system with 11 facilities, needed a better way to manage vendor compliance across departments and locations. Disparate check-in processes, inconsistent data, and limited awareness among staff and vendors created risks to compliance, security, and patient safety.
