Barncancerfonden is a Swedish NGO working to eradicate childhood cancer; fundraising (monthly subscriptions and one‑time donations) is their primary KPI. Symplify was engaged to improve the website donation funnel because users reading articles couldn’t easily access the donation page—the header wasn’t sticky and the path to give was buried, creating friction and lost donors. Symplify used conversion optimization and A/B testing to diagnose and prioritize the issue.

Symplify implemented a sticky header with a persistent “Donate” CTA linking to the donation page and ran an A/B test. The change produced a 42% uplift in users reaching the donation page (99% statistical significance) and a 20% uplift in finalized donations (99% significance), demonstrating that Symplify’s solution significantly increased donation completions by reducing friction in the donor journey.
