Fiserv, a leading financial services company, faced the common talent‑acquisition challenge of adopting and getting value from new recruiting technologies across sourcers, recruiters and recruitment marketers. The team needed to scale personalized, brand‑focused outreach to grow and re‑engage candidate pipelines while creating “stickiness” and measurable ROI from their TA tech stack.
Working closely with SmashFly’s Services team, Fiserv built reusable templates, a talent‑network form and a candidate newsletter (sent every six weeks to 25,000 opted‑in leads), and integrated SmashFly with Workday, HiringSolved, LinkedIn Elevate and other tools. The effort drove 23,000 clicks to brand assets and jobs in 2017, produced 709 completed applications, improved lead conversion from 0.03% to 5%, and delivered unified reporting and more automated, personalized engagement at scale.
