Championing Authenticity to Engage Top Graduates for Unilever

Symphony Talent partnered with Unilever to create #RealCareers, a graduate recruitment campaign for Unilever’s Future Leaders Programme in Europe. Research showed the target audience valued authenticity, so the brief was to move away from staged imagery and give prospective candidates a genuine view of life at Unilever.

We delivered a multi-channel digital campaign combining user-generated photos and short videos shot by graduates with professionally produced film and social content, distributed across digital channels and Unilever careers pages. The campaign reached 1.7 million people, drove 800,000 video views and generated 34,300 link clicks.
