Lazard, a global financial advisory and asset management firm known for blending analytical rigor with creativity, needed a graduate campaign that would reach students who had never considered a career in finance—especially high‑ability students and women—and correct misconceptions about investment banking while raising awareness of the breadth of roles available.
We ran focus groups to shape a creative campaign that highlighted cross‑disciplinary thinking (using references from literature and science), built a dedicated microsite, and launched an interactive quiz game plus on‑campus events to show where different thinkers could thrive at Lazard. The campaign drove strong outcomes: analyst applications rose 84% (1,836 → 3,361), applications from women increased 103%, 36% of analyst offers went to non‑finance graduates, and the site/quiz generated over 4,900 clicks.
