Symphony Solutions worked with BleXr, a performance marketing company in the iGaming and Forex industries, to address their challenge of improving time to market and employee engagement through an Agile transformation. BleXr needed to implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) but lacked the internal expertise and the breadth of talent required to fill all the necessary roles on their fast-growing Agile teams.

Symphony Solutions assessed the situation, trained BleXr's teams, and coached the implementation of SAFe, starting with their first Program Increment planning session. To cover talent gaps, Symphony Solutions also provided extended teams. As a result, BleXr held six successful quarterly planning sessions, achieved double-digit revenue growth, opened a new office in Barcelona, and grew its engineering team from 40 to 60 people in just three months.
