OSTP Finland, part of a global manufacturer of stainless, welded process tubes, faced a challenge after separating from its parent company and needing to acquire its own HR systems. The company required a comprehensive, user-friendly, and cost-effective HR solution that could serve as a master data system and be extended to other parts of its group. Sympa implemented its HR solution in two phases, first delivering a core personnel and payroll system integrated with an external provider within a tight four-month schedule. The solution was then expanded to cover a wide range of processes including absences, performance reviews, training, and certifications. OSTP Finland reported that the implementation was cost-effective and praised Sympa's excellent support. The user-friendly system is now used by HR, management, and office staff, with the goal of extending it to all employees.
