Trobos.lt, an e-commerce marketplace and part of the Vilniaus Prekyba group, needed to build a scalable virtual mall quickly to meet demand accelerated by the pandemic. The challenge was to develop a flexible, headless solution that could integrate multiple vendors and support future growth, requiring a robust platform to handle complex order management and a dynamic front end.

The solution was built using Sylius Plus as the core framework, integrated with Vue Storefront to create a Progressive Web App. This headless approach provided the necessary flexibility and performance. As a result, Trobos.lt successfully grew from 10 to 25 vendors and expanded its product offerings to over 62,000 unique items within six months of launch.
